can a cop give u a ticket or tickets for stuntin in a parking lot or in an industrial park

Im sure the laws vary from state to state but usually a parking lot is private property. In order for a cop to issue a ticket the owner has to give the OK. In some cases if a cop tells you to leave and you come back and get cought. You can get a tresspassing citation.

We get tickets here in NY in parking lots. Unsafe start and my boy got a no helmet ticket and unsafe start.

Yes anything they can ticket you for on the street they can ticket you for in a parking lot.....now if you own the parking lot then that is a different, but that is rarely the situation

 

all vehicle and traffic laws apply to any improved surface that has open access to public highways. so yes you can get the same tickets as u do out on the street, if u block off the entrances then no, most cops wont give you a ticket in a lot anyway but some will cuz theyre ****.

 

from our experinced when cops kick us out for first time so we come back got caught again they warning if we come back cops would arresst us and impound our bike but no tickets

 

just dont be dicks and they usually wont do ****. ive been gettin kicked out of a spot for about 5 years lol

 

well the only thing that i think about with this is you can get a ticket for riding a dirt bike on private property with no helmet but can you get a ticket for riding a sportbike in a parking lot? anyone know?

the answer is YES they can give you a ******* ticket, arrest, impound, what ever the **** they feel like doing to you if you are in a parking lot

 

how about if you block of the parking lot in the back of a public school when there closed on sundays?
does the lot have to be private? or does it work for any lot you block off?

 

Apparently you haven't gone to school... All me being tired aside, you would need permission to "block off" access to it... And being a public school... The public would have access to it... So you will still get ticketed... (...)

perfect example:
2day me n a buddy busted out a 66 corvette sting-ray that he inhareted thats ben in storage for 20+ years and ripped it around like a batmobile actin a fool n got pulled over by a state cop and he let us go no tickets reminding you this car had no plates r registration, no insurance nothing,thanks mr trooper

 

i guess every states have differnce traffic laws
