what should you do if you know someone who wants to sell you there mint bike for like 1500$ or 1000$ and then report it stolen as an insurance scam??

make sure you have the receipt and title to show proof they sold it to you...

I had that happen to me when I bought a gun from someone and they reported it stolen afterwards when their house got robbed about a month later but I have a receipt to show proof that I bought the gun from them so
