I met my goal.
I met my goal.
for everybody that has been following my progress, you will know what kind of "issues" i have faced the past 6 months....I was a decent stunt rider, making a living at this thing we call a sport, traveling internationally performing the "american style" of stunt riding. I was fortunate enough to have performed in China 4 times, singapore, indonesia, malaysia, canada and coast to coast in the states.....it was a freaking blast, meeting new people and riding other people's bikes lol.....when i was laying in the hospital i was a little worried that i may not get that back again.....i heard rumors about moto gp not returning to china after this year so my goal was to get back on my feet as fast as possible to make it to china's last moto gp round........i'm not braging with this post, don't take this the wrong way.....what i'm trying to tell you guys is that when and if you get injured, set goals for yourself, i did this and just kept focusing on the fact that i want this more than anything.....it happened, myself and tony l performed at two circuits in china last weekend, one was moto gp, the other was a smaller circuit.....we were kinda dissapointed that we weren't able to bring more people with to make it a real big show, i apologize to joey b, nick apex, colton, and joe vertical i would have loved to have you guys along.....i will post pics later, there are a ton of great ones.....
one more thing.....i know i have a lot of people out there that look up to me, i know alot of stunt riders that have people that look up to them for what they do....something that amazed me this weekend was a guy that pulled my buisness card out of his wallet for me to sign for him, along with a moto gp ticket from 2007....he kept my buisness card and his ticket stub from last year for me to autograph for him this year.....right then and there i knew all the hours of riding a damn exercise bike to get my knee to bend enough to put my foot on the peg was all worth it.....no matter how rich or how poor the general population of a country is.....they all love stunt riding, especially the american way of blowin stuff up and being full throttle:YEAH
