So i got a set of 07 zx6 forks from ebay and they were supposed to be straight.Well they were bent and filed a claim with paypal and he nor they would do anything.
Now fed ex has screwed me on the insurance by picking them up to look at them. Received no reply and they sent the damn forks back to that *** hat and are going to settle with him.
Now im out of the money the forks and he got the money from me received the forks back and more money again.
Just wondering if anyone can find out about this guy?
All i have is this info on him.

Did you call paypal or file online? Online is worthless. If you call, paypal usually says said the stuff back with delivery confirmation, once delivered call paypal give them numbers, they'll verify its delivered and refund your money right then. Then they go after the guy. Thats what they did for me a couple times. I coulda sent a box of rocks and still woulda got a refund.
