ok I am on the way home from school...smobbed the biked today...it was sunny, save time with traffic, and save some gas money. Went about twenty five miles splittin lanes on the freeway traffic on the way home...get to my lil town and go over the ver pass after exiting the freeway. Stop at a light. I am the third back so I start splittin between..light turns green and cars around start going..so I punch it..lol (I am on one of my stunnas..02 F4i -1 +16.... anyway she takes off ..I give just enough for me to get ahead of the cars then let off and look to the right and a city cop was there ....Bam lights on. I pull over and he yells through the speaker to go behind in the parking lot. I do then get off the bike and he comes over screeamin and yelling about how I am going to Jail for reckless driving. Then he is questioning me and after finding out I have been arrested before then he starts seaching me, my bike, my bags....rippin everything everywhere all freakin out. Then is like I want your drivers liscense.....I bust out my M1 endorsed drivers L's..lol and current reg with current proof of Ins....and was pissed i think cause my bike matched, I was legit, and all he could get me for which I still will fight in court was some unsafe passing bullshit cvc code. and no turn signals on the bike. errrrr....lol I was on the bike in the avatar! too funny...but scary as **** when some cop is about to take you to jail...impound my bike, and make up bullshit violations like speeding, reckless driving, and "one more that he is sure to think of"...according to him.

you need signals in NC? I know in VA you dont legally need to have them on a bike.

 

I'm not saying either way, but theres a difference in being in a hurry/having fun and then driving like a maniac/endangering yourself & others...

Damn, -1 +16 and your splitting lanes? Are you near Sacramento? Cops have been cool to me around here. I've been warned twice instead of impounded, but it might be because I'm prior military.

 

Not sure about cali because they're way more strict than anywhere i've lived, but currently in texas, if i'm not mistaken, having blinkers = they have to work, but if you dont have them, hand signals suffice. I see cruisers all the time w/o signals and never getting hassled.

yes but going between cars coming up to a light and then mashing it when it turns green...thats why he pulled u over.....and Sac Pd / Folsom PD are DICKS !!! I stop going to bike night cuz thats ALL the want to do....wait to u leave and then pull u over for bullshit
