i pushed out the stock clip-ons so there pretty much straight thinking this would make it easier on my wrists and forearms. it helps a little but my wrists are still getting sore im thinking about getting some dirt bars would this help my poor wrists? if so is the dirt bar conversion kit on hia the way to go?

 

flip them clip-ons side to side so they angle up....much better on the wrists....

 

Stock f4i clipons turned out KILL the wrists. I feel your pain. I'm waiting on my dirt bar risers.

I have since removed the large mirror and put the small one one under the bars

 

when u say flip the clip-ons side to side do u mean put the left on the right? if so does anyone have a picture of this cuz im kinda confused about how this would be done

 

ya, just put the left on the right and the right on the left

 

Gotta grind stock F4i clipons to do that

 

dude get some vortex or something....your arms and hands take some time getting used to the new position but the gain in control over the bike is 10 fold

 

you can't flip and switch f4i clip-ons

 

im runnin MX bars on mine i grew up on dirt bikes so it feels more natural

 

that was my understanding too....thought you could only do that with usd's?

sorry i just read what you posted, about grinding them. cause i tired to flip mine, but after i saw it didn't work i gave up and went to DB bars

 

 

f4i clips can definatley be switched and flipped after some grinding, I had mine like this for about month.

If you got the dought I would get some aftermarkets. I recently got some votrex i angle up and they are like a dream compared to the f4i flipped and switched.

With the f4i F/Sed it puts the bars lower, and the upward angle is more step than say the votrex 7 degree angled up.

what part do you grind exactly? do you leave the upright still or flip and swap them? got mine off now and tryn to figure how i gona put em back

 

i flipped my stocks and the left one loosened up on me mid sit down and came right off hahaha it was the scariest thing to ever happen to me i thought i was all done....it came down i got crazy tank slap so i gas it real hard almost fell off and somehow managed to save it...within the hour i ordered some vortex
