No, He seriously made a thread about it.

Try the lower pressure 18-28.

You go side to side from chopping the throttle and not being at or behind BP

Re: Slow WHeelies

yeah lower your rear tire pressure to your comfort and then just go out and ride the more seat time the better you will get and dont be dissappointed because for most of people who stunt it doesnt happen over night it comes with alot of practice.

i agree. sort of. its not necessarily from chopping throttle but rolling on and off.....i still deal with it its tough after you start learning throttle control to give that up and depend on solely your brake.

now you may be at balance point it will do it even more so then actually....but learn to hold constant throttle and use the brake to adjust the height of the wheelie.....seat time dude as i said i still deal with it but its getting better ever week.

on a side note it does make for fun and cool looking wheelies.

Re: Slow WHeelies

Whats up man? Heres what I did when I was learning! I had my rear tire set at 10 psi, if you want to slow down faster clutch it up to 12 then catch it with the break! Try turning your idol up to 4000 rpm's, that with the low psi will make you smoother trust me try it!!!! And depending on your sprocket size will depend on how mutch throttle you have to give! And to slow it down fast while riding 12 just blip the gas so the forks are past 12, but dont want to hold it there to long or you will stall! Also what helped me out to was sticking my left foot in the passenger seat and my right on the foot break! Lock your left leg and you are on your way!!!!!!!

Re: Slow WHeelies

4000 is way to high if u @ bp you should only need min throttle as for going sideways I had same prob then after months of seattime you just get it and u realise it was just smoothness and practise. It takes long but once you got it then all else comes fast.
