So the powers race rails on my 100% minty, never been down 636 randomly broke. i discovered it changing the oil tonight. right above the oil filler the metal is just snapped! WTF?! FYI the rails were put on brand new as well... i'll post up a pic here in a few min. anyone think they will stand by their product? I'll be calling very soon to see if they can replace it.

The powers cage for my 900rr cracked right at the weld the first time the bottom hit the pavement from a hard set down wheelie when I was first learning. Never bought any of their crap again. Nothing sould ever crack at the weld.

Anyways damn that sucks...especially since you didn't even crash. When I look at Powers cage and 905 the 905 looks waaayyy stronger.

+1 On my 954 I wrecked doing about 75 mph on a mountain. Bike flipped and the 905 canyon bars saved my bike never touched the handle bars or frame. The plastic ends were broke off like they should and the paint was scratched form the rocky terrain the bike landed on but the welds were in tact!!

Thats shitty bro, I just ordered the race railz and a subcage about 2 mths ago. Havnt got them yet but i fig in a cpl more mths i should get them. But i hope mine dont crack up like yours, Even if powers does replace it, Your looking at mayb getting it by christmas.

 

Get a fender on the F4i and get those brake lines away from Moving parts!!!

haha! yeah, crappy camera with no macro button my battery was dead on my camera...

good call on the brake lines, i have them zip tied to the fender mount right now, but just need to go to the hardware store and get some bolts to attach my fender.

I hope they help me out and send me a new one! otherwise the fit/finish of the bars i THOUGHT was real nice....
