mr. blakk had the 636 stem pressed into the 10 lower triple.

i believe the 10 forks are wider at the lower trip, and the 10 stem is a bit shorter than 636...

I'm with F4ibry on this one. I'm pretty sure the lower part of the forks are thicker than your 636 forks so it won't work.
