Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
sick innovations never took a month to get me a cage, and ive bought 3, longest was 2 weeks. bottom line is everytime someone thats selling something stops communicating with the ppl that theyre taking money from all their friends pop on to stick up for them. its BAD BUSINESS> i dont give a **** whats going on with them, its always some bullshit excuse why someone cant return an email, phone call to their customers. i purchased a pick up a long time ago from him and got it very quickly and was very happy but that doesnt mean its not bullshit when someone elses transaction isnt going the same. if you cant take care of ALL of your customers, then you shouldnt be selling ****. communication is key, when i sell parts, if im not gonna be able to ship it out within 2 days of recieving payment i let the person know. its courtesy.
DEAD ON! :YEAH
So sic of businesses and their excuses... If the business has an email availiable on their site or anything else as a way to contact the business then on business days it should be checked daily and responded to in a timely matter. Next day at the latest.. If they can't handle that, then hire somebody. If not expect to get bashed and labled as bad customer service, reguardless of how good of a guy someone is, it's not a free pass to have garbage customer service.

Dude you have no idea what your talking about. If you read the thread about Full throttle you would know what happened and this is not the same. Ok Inolen since you have no problems with people destroyuing your stuff....go ahead and send me you rear master cylinder....I will send you the one Bill installed that adapter on.....See how much you like using your rear brake with a master cylinder that is busted up inside due to his brake adapter. A master cylinder that will not seal anymore....A master cylinder that cost 100.00 to replace.......All good though huh....Get your story straight !

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
You're acting like Ryan is out advertising this product constantly, preaching how good his online customer service is.
He's obviously not active online and his business doesn't seem very active, so why would you even try to handle the transaction online? You should have probably called him in the first place to figure everything out. It's not his job to supply you with common sense.
Last time I needed something from him I pm'ed him, got his number and called him. He overnighted a part I had lost to my pickup I had bought a year earlier (I never installed it) for the actual cost. Seems like a good enough guy to me

Doesn't matter if he advertises constantly, preaches about customer service, or is active online.. If you are a business it is a common curtsey to communicate with your customers. How was the order placed in the first place? and how long has it been? Well that hasn't been said yet. BUT it doesn't matter how the order was made whether here on a pm, email, paypal, or over the phone. There was an origional conversation to place the order at one point, and contact information should have been exchanged on both ends, so to me it's both the customers and ryan's falult. Also whether other people including yourself had good transactions with him or not and his past track record has NOTHING to do with this transaction. I also ordered a pick up 3yrs ago and didn't have an issue.. Maybe 2yrs ago when you and I made our orders he was more on top of his **** and now he don't care as much.. Who knows... I do know that I'm not big on excuses whether it's business or personal, and if I **** up on my end I will be the first to admit my mistake and wouldn't want or need other people to cover for me backing me up saying, "oh don't be mean, ryan's a good guy, he did this, that, and the other for me." slurp slurp slurp **** that weak ****..

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
What I'm mostly trying to get across is that you should use your ******* head when placing orders, and not expect everyone who sells a product to have excellent business practices.

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
so what do you do in a situation when you know someone online has a part that you need, so u message them and set up a transaction and then mail them a money order and then u dont hear from them again and havent gotten the part and cant get ahold of them through the only way you know how. hypothetical situation........what do you do? im gonna guess its not sit at home quietly and patiently waiting for something to happen..

It just seems that getting fucked over on transactions is zride's #1 trick, so he might need to re-evaluate his approach.

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
true that, at the same time though I wouldn't have made a thread with the title this one has. Mine would have been Stuntex ryan smith, and asking if anyone knows him and has a better way to contact him other than stuntlife pm and see where that goes before I started bashing this hard calling sumone a thief..
https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-s...r-garbage.html
Speaking that Bill has the best customer service of anyone I know in this industry, and knowing my personal experiences with Ryan, it makes it REALLY hard to believe that he absolutely can't get ahold of Ryan, and his last resort was bashing him in these 2 threads he's posted about him.

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
That's a good start. You see, he did this same approach with Bill from FT.

Re: Do Not Buy Stuntex.....thief!
yah i know about his fullthrottle rant and he was an idiot for that. but i dont see this as the same situation. and yah i dont agree with the title either, wouldnt have been my choice of words but if the dude didnt get the part and ryan smith isnt responding to him then he has a legit gripe.
