warehouses and parkinglots
Re: warehouses and parkinglots
yea im thinking of saying something like "wanted to rent: parking lot" then meet them someplace or even there and bring one of those portable dvd players with some slow mild stunting and say i want to do this and ill have a lawyer draw up a waiver.
Re: warehouses and parkinglots
nah, not walmart or anywhere corporate, too many people get involved in the decision that wouldnt benefit from the $$ you give them. it has to be a small independent place. idk really
Re: warehouses and parkinglots
i used one of the waivers off this site, went to my local church which is in an area where nothing is around. huge lot. and since it was independent i got permission to be there and i have sole rights of anyone who is there. i just showed up dressed nice, presented it as a business proposition with the people in charge of the lot. 50 bucks a month and i get it anytime its open. day night whenever. aslong as they don't have a mass. then the lot is full. but i worked it out so we donate to the church, 50 for me and my core groups. i don't know you. 15 per night, until your a regular and i know your not gonna act a fool. beats a wreckless ticket though. and since i control it, your being dumb. i call cops if you don't leave. pretty sweet setup to keep the squids out.
Re: warehouses and parkinglots
the waiver is a good idea...but only at the right buisnesses.. alot dont want the "negative image" is a response ive gotten more than once. I was fortunate enough to find a guy who owns a lot..and thats it..no buisness...just a lot wher e a business used to be so its BIG flat and after sweeping it all out...stone free . :-D
Good luck bro! but your waiver is prolly the best bet..

I'm thinking about doing the same thing out here. But In colorado there are so many back roads and stuff that people barely drive down in the middle of the day. The spots we used to race our cars at. So i stick to those when I wanna try something new and only stick around for a few minutes. But there is a waiver here. https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/443...ghlight=waiver
