I need a few Aluminum sliders made up and can't find anyone local that'll do it. If you can or know anyone that can please let me know. I'll take as many as needed to make it worth the trouble, and I'll pay whatever it costs...

Long story short; i tacoed my front tube yesterday (the delrin slider couldn't cut it and just blew up). I got a pic as it happened. It's an MXD 3-point, so lucky i could cut it down and re-round it out so it's still ok. This thing takes a beating!

Why dont you go to your local machine shop and pay a few dollars for them to make them up. Thats the wole idea of having a machine shop.

 

oh I did that... I have a good shop that I get stuff done, but they are backed up with big jobs for movie sets right now. The guy told me 2 weeks or more to get the time to do it and they were all out of aluminum for the job, and I want them yesterday!
