I got a radial master for your controls if you need one... $75. shipped.
And I'd check with hohey and see about a dual caliper set up honestly, but if that's not an option then you can always get a cheap master cyl and cut off the pedestal part where the banjo bolt screws on down far enough from the end so that you have some metal away from the threads.
Then take your foot master off and totally apart, then have that piece you cut off welded(by a good welder) up to your rear brake master where the resevoir line goes in.
That is like makin your own fitting, and having it welded up.... just make sure it doesn't leak and or rub on your swingarm,........ buy a long braided line, my radial master(lol), and your'e golden.... problem solved, and you actually will probably save some money from if they did make them for your bike and you bought it all....
I haven't seen those masters up close tho, and if you have a sight glass or something on the master casing itself, then I hear that you can't do the welded fitting trick..
... Seems like ryan moore told me that's why he couldn't do that on his CRF450, but I can tell you that it is EXACTLY what I run now on my k6 gixx with no problems whatsoever. I think I paid like $20. to have it welded up for me..... got the rear master for free, but you could find one for probably 15 bucks on ebay... it can be for anything as long as it takes a banjo bolt.... braided line would be your biggest expense.... just an idea.. good luck.
