yeah, you better hope i go down good and hard cause these crutches are like go go gadget arms and you are gonna look like a x-mas tree with tinsel hanging off it when i get done wrapping them around you.

Definitely don't doubt that teach is going to kill the 800's when set up, and could be a great stunt bike. But I seen teaches 800 sittin in one of the SIC garages when it was stock, and what an ugly pile.. yeah great the plastics can be taken off and when set up can look close to any other jap streetfighter.
We all heard CP's before, and the sound of that thing just makes me want to vomit. Regardless of how good it rides, the sound of that thing just looses my appeal, don't care what tricks you can do on it... and it just doesn't have that bangin off the limiter jap streetbike sound that make the hairs on your butt cheeks stand up, looses cool points with me..haha They should deduct points at xdl for sounding gay..

i hear ya on the looks, it grows on me every day, but that's just what i tell myself! lol
hopefully they will haven something cooler next year...that hp2 sportbike is pretty dang sick.
the sound though? i love the sound of a thumper...a little whiney like a crf250, but i love the sound of it. guarantee it will draw attention and that's the name of the game for Motorrad
take a few points away at xdl...everyone else is gonna need it!! lol

I love when people talk trash about a bike they've never ridden!
the f800's that I have are sick! I've ridden it a couple of times, but they still arent 100% setup yet. power is great and the delivery is even better...they ahve a ways to go until they get the performance of an inline four, but BMW is definately trying hard to change their 'old man' image and appeal to a younger market...come of the bikes they have out/coming out are pretty damn awesome.
dunno about the maintenance...I've got 35 minutes of revlimiter action on one bike and 300 miles of street riding on another one and they are doing fine so far!!
