What's up luke....a 929/954 is much closer than a 600rr...but it can be engineered to work...

If you call me when you get a radiator ill tell you how to set it up so you will never have another issue! ever...

Re: F4i Radiator

My F4i rad is leaking, What radiator should I use, I am doing more and more lot stunting, but do run the streets to. Should I look for a 929/954 rad or just stick with stock? And whats up with the 929/954 rad is that a nice setup? I have search the site and this is thread I found. If more threads are out let me know.

Re: F4i Radiator

600rr will be much harder to use than 92954 or f3/f4 rads.....

f4 and 929 like frank said will bolt up to stock holes...the hoses are routed differently but it can be made to work...

mint f4i rads are worth their weight in gold

How bad is it leaking, and where is it leaking/

Mine started leaking in the fins, and I just cleaned it with de-greaser and water, let it dry, and put some JB weld on it.. Hasen't leaked in over 8k miles since!

I've also been told, that local radiator shops, can braze over leaks on radiators in the fins, and basically just make that small spot of your radiator not flow water, but it stops the elaks.. And I also heard it only runs aruond $30-$50!

Re: F4i Radiator

f4i and 929/954 radiators are the same size! there is no advantage outside of finding one cheaper than the other...600rr should work but you'll have to get longer hoses and figure out how to run'em

Re: F4i Radiator

And I was thinking I was going to fined out some cool trick with zip ties and my stock rad. I do like the custom look they can give a old set of plastics.

Re: F4i Radiator

A Permanent Fix Is To Get Someone To Weld Some Braces On The Top And Bottom Of The Radiator. They Are Bulletproof Then.... Unless You Hit Them.

Re: F4i Radiator

and... I've got a steel angle bracket on the bottom mount... which makes a BIG difference... the bottom mount is the weak point.
