Should of emailed me or HAI haha. On a serious note, shoot them an email stating that you are contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and them that an attorney is getting involved. See how fast they respond to you.

 

**** that. i just bumped it up from a dispute to a claim with paypal. they refunded my money immediately and i sent this thread as my evidence of said seller being fraudulent. douche bag.

 

I ordered a stunter in training shirt back in march and never got it.... and ALWAYS order from H.A.I.

 

I would do this ^^^ and then never order from that guy again, thats if you feel you got shafted. He sounds like a flake from others past dealings with him.

 

i'd give them a month though before you actually consult the BBB, you don't want to jump to conclusions when your actions can effect someone's lively hood. I'd give him a month or month and a week. then if you don't have your ****, no responses from emails you send everyother day or everyday and tireless phone calls...thenn i would contact the BBB.

But ofcourse, as an idle threat it works great

 

it takes about 3 weeks to get ur **** from a lot of places. since they allow u 45 days to file a complaint, give it 40 days and then file the complaint with paypal. they should refund u ur money.

i remember a little while back, the guy from stunterstore.com complaining that he was getting calls from people who'd ordered from stuntersstore.com and never got their ****. he said they were ******* with his business.

from this point on, order from moto-madness or HAI bikeshop, bruh. Always. HAI has been around a while and is known for great customer service.

I called that phone number 817-360-5911 and a female called me back within 5 min. After about a 10 min conversation about how i got the number and such (who.is)...she said that it's her sons cell phone and she just recently took it away from him. she also said he had it for about 2 years now. so i have no idea on what that Scott guy posted when he registered his webpage. She sounded worried on how his # got on a website. IDK but this is WHACK!
