Unmarked Cop Cars

Ok so the other day i had an idea to either start a website on this issue or post it here, so since my website designer friend isnt gonna be back home till march i figured id start here.

The issue is this Unmarked Cop Cars. Any of you ever been riding along weather it be legal or tearing it up and all of a sudden you get rolled by the last car you would think was a cop? Well it happened to me a long time ago, but ive seen it happen to lots of people and it just pisses me off. Im pretty sure Ohio doesnt have to deal with it cuz from what i hear unmarked cars cant make traffic stops. but n e way my idea was to start a site where everyone can list the vehicles(make model color and picture if available) that there local police or state and highway police as well use as unmarked cars to give everyone a heads up while there out there riding or driving. of course the site would be set up by state and city so it wouldnt be a big cluster **** of info. but yeah i work for the police dept kinda(i move cars from P.D. to the shop to get worked on as well as to dealers for work) and i know all cops and all the vehicles so im good were i live i dont get fucked with, but i still watch out for all the unmarked cars just incase. so what you guys think?

Re: Unmarked Cop Cars

umm has some potential

but i think that would work better off as a link off of a big website. that as a website alone, the word might not get out enough

i duno I may be wrong though

most departments change them out every 2 years, but even still knowing what 3 of the unmarked cars is better than not know at all. anyway its just an idea.

Re: Unmarked Cop Cars

What is the big deal here??? Why even wast the time?

1st. If you work for the police dept. then you know there are only the BIG 3...Chevy, Ford and Dodge...ALL police package vehilces are universal throughout the usa...weather they have reflective markings really is not the point because all the cars are the same outside of undercover cars which can be anything!!!!

yea what about the D.A.R.E. car that were taking from drug dealers that they use...What about the two mustangs they have down at SIU..??

yea they may even all only be a ford, chevy, dodge but theres all kinds of models and colors and even popular locations!!!!! that cops hang out.

like on i355 right after you go under the bridge after the ogden ave. there is a break in the divider and almost every day I drive to work or school for the last 4 year there is a cop there clocking people

most are the same but there are a few that arent set up the same. around here the onle departments that still use the caprices is state, highway and a few of the county cops still have a couple but there all marked. but naperville has a blue magnum limo tint and no spot light or visable markings or lights. it has visor lights and strobes in the headlights and taillights. thats the type of **** im talking bout.

this is true..but the county I live in has makes more money in drug busts per year than any other county in the country so it seems like they change their cars every 2 days

Re: Unmarked Cop Cars

oh yea after driving like a bandit since I have been 16 i have come to know all the hotspots. and it never fails me to be right.

u need a way to make the info valid though, so you don't get some shmuck making up info he thinks he has. cus if you get enoguh of those people the site is just guan be filled up with a bunch of bogus cars and soon enough we are going to have to watch out for every single make or model ever produced in the world.
watch out for that dam model T ford on i55 by cass, that ****** is always there

lmao ive seen that ******* just past the bridge yeah thats true. i dont know if you could stop that from happening though. i guess it would just rely on people giving honest info either from being pulled over by one or seeing one pull someone else over. whenever i ride or drive im always scanning ahead i look at the cars then the rear window then the plates although most unmarked cars in my area use regular plates and not M plates. but that day i was driving out of Naperville i was driving behind that damn Dodge Magnum for like 5 minutes and didnt even consider it to be a unmarked next thing i know it pulls over this guy that past us up.

all unmarked cars in CA have exempt plates... so they dont have any tags.
