That is a lot of ***** asking for exclusive rights for what amounts to $200-300 cash. I've sold just one individual crash clip to the Tonight Show, You Gotta See This, Fox Sports, ESPN, Country Home Fried Video and about 6 of those other crash shows for what has amounted to $12K over the past 4 years. All of the deals were non-exclusive.

Yeah I did well with stunt junkies and another discovery program. Personally, NON exclusive is the only way to go, and a stipulation that the producer cannot resell/relicense the footage. If not you're giving away gold. Then again, if you like the guy, respect the work its ok. Giving footage to D's video has some merit and can make you feel good about it.

we do prefer exclusive rights of course... all riders and credits will be displayed accordingly. we just don't want the footage seen in other dvds....

it if is sent to networks, like stunt junkies, country channel, spike, etc... no problem

i am willing to do NON exclusive contracts... just as long as the content does not display on other DVD's. THAT WOULD NOT BE RIGHT IN MY EYES!!!
