No that sucks for Bill D. Warped Toys still has a great lineup of riders. Bill D is a hater.

If we all didnt try other peoples tricks we would never progress when I see some one do something I think to myself humm can I do that? I keep trying till I get it down. That is how you get better. If we didnt only one person could do an endo, another a standup wheelie, another a circle and so on that would be really boring to watch them do just one trick.

yea exactly just yesterday before I went out to ride I watched a couple videos and studied the new tricks I want to try and did them, and now I am a better rider cus of it....

I think thats a shame that Bill did that, I like him alot he was one of my favorite riders and I like warped toys alot to, they are great company by far and do nothing but great things for our sport and giving back to our riders. Thats a shame for Bill to burn bridges like that if its true.

And I remember in school they quoted some famous guy I think it was ben franklin saying "when you are the origional expect to be copied"
oviously when you are out there doing the best newest tricks people look up to you and are going to coy you, thats why you then go out and try and make up a new trick, thats the fun in the evalution of our sport......

i dunno, i think half the fun of ridin' is bringin' other riders' up. anyway i say **** thumbthrottles! there is a point where you can cheat too much, kinda like huntin' a shotgun w/a scope. if you want a thumb throttle, get a four wheeler.

Re: Bill D not riding with Warped Toyz anymore?

i feel the same way about the thumb throttle..my point was that hes gone too far with wanting to "trademark" everything. from tricks to the thumbthrottle..which he wasnt even the first to think of that, just like the tricks. i couldnt ride a bike with a thumb throttle personally.

+1 **** a thumb throttle

there is one reason they are on quads, so when you hit a turn, you don't twist the throttle cause your arm is extended.

You lose the ability to hold on with force, you're taking your thumb off the handlebar

definitely not for me, and I doubt anyone else is biting that style
