and it's hard to look at a picture and tell how fast a car is but i can tell you that i have seen cars that look exactly like that vette running 8's not saying his does but from the picture i don't see how some one could say it's slow , i suspect some one who owns a rail doesn't put tires that big on a car unless it needs tires that big ........
