As some of you may know I recently got to chance to try to fill the already big shoes of Ryan S. represent the Vertical Mischief crew but more importantly HELPRYANS.COM in china this year on what has been titled the BG ASIA TOUR 2007. I left october 20th and have been here the past few months traveling between shanghai, Hong Kong, china's motorcycle capitol (jamen), and Zhuhai china. 2 months in a foreign country is defiantly different when your all alone and don't speak much of the language. Ryan is defiantly a hard act to fallow A. hes still plastered all over everything around here. Yes ryan s. is a super star in china! But all in all i had just about the best time i could have hoped for. Not many people can say they got to travel across the world an do what they love. there are so many things great things that have happened on this trip. I got to do track days to my hearts content, drive right hand drive drift cars, perfect weather to ride in every day and one of the coolest things is I am performing at the first A1GP events in Southern china the grandstands are sold out and networks from all over the world are here. You can see it on speed channel this weekend live or the 27th at noon. the tv audience is estimated in the 2 BILLIONS. its literally the coolest feeling in the world knowing all those people have their eye's on you and only you for 15min. I had my ipod in and could hear the crowd cheering over my cranked ipod and the rev limiter :YEAH
