Yep, went in for my reckless this morning. Decided to tough it out on my own w/out the Public Defender after watching how everyone else dealt w/ their cases and seeing how shitty the PD really was. Sooooo.............Good news! I got it reduced to exhibition w/ no community service and no probation. I did get a $508 fine, and was told if I was seen again for another wheelie that I would see some jail time.............BUT..........I'm stoked!! Time to find a lot!

damn i had court this morning too for no endorsment. i been on a temp for 7 mo. i had it just not with me. offered my probation with 30 days weekend work release.

 

the judge and bailiff's were black, i think that had something to do with it. it's cause i'm white i know it.
