It looks like one of those **** stunt aid cages from a year or so back. defiantly not an Fi.

 

looks close but I would say its a knock off. I'm not too familiar with Fi though since I never have or will used one

That was the first cage I got off ebay, still has been holding up for me..



I broke my stator cover with it once.. Wasen't running hte bottom loop cause it bottoms out in turns, stripped my motor mount holes out and bent the motor mount bolts causing my stator cover to break



but with the bottom loop, it has held up fine to MANY hard drops for me



btw it SUCKs *** in turns... bottoms out with ANY lean angle.. Also when you slam wheelies down or set stoppies down, it hits the ground..

ITs a very shitty cage, I"d run it for less then $100, but for $150, spend the extra for a SI cage!


edit: that is 100% for sure the same cage I have.. same exact bends, same exact sliders everything

it's def. not FI, my buddy just got one about a week ago and that is def. a knockoff. sliders and loop are the same, the support bars are way diff.


FI looks the same on all bikes i think. i know my r6, and buddies f4i and k5 gixxer are all the same design.
