Re: new to stuntin

here's a pointer...forget power wheelies and clutch that bitch. but if you still want to do power crap, roll around 4-5krpms, let off then get on it. Start by getting it up a couple of feet at first and just stay on the throttle. You'll roll out till limiter. Then when you've wasted time learning power, learn the right way...clutch.

Re: new to stuntin

don't listen to this guy^^^ except for the 50 part. A quad would help also. When I first started I rode a 400ex for a couple of months and was able to transfer what I learned on that to my R6. quad had a clutch, the 50 didn't. A 50 or quad will help with learning the rear brake and throttle plus it'll save your big bike...for now...lol

Re: new to stuntin

listen to these guys, LEARN CLUTCH UPS. but if you absolutely must do powers then start in 1st gear about 6-7k rpms and let off the throttle then twist it back again real fast and if you do it right your front tire should come off about 1-2 feet(stock geared 600's are gutless).

Re: new to stuntin

read and re-read this post:
https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/443...ing-basic.html

or if that doesn't work, go to the Help and How-To forum; and into Stunting Help and Advice
and read the thread called: "Complete guide for learring basic wheelies the right way"

it's a very good post that has been edited and re-edited.

k7, you make to much sense. Why would you go into the site and look for this thread that's been posted about 1,000 times before you start a new one? It's getting old. Anyway, thanks for posting that for everybody else, hopefully before somebody else post this again, they will look

MAN!!! Why do people feel the need to get in my ****? I wasn't talking **** on anybody, just pointing out something that gets annoying. But some people feel the need to shell out their two cents when it's not needed. Sorry if my last post on here pissed anybody off, just a little heated.

Glad you can take it, always makes things a lot more fun. And I didn't just jump on the Harley hatin train, I've been on it for quite some time now. I'll prolly change my mind when I'm older and go for the comfort. Not real sensitive, just to through that out there. And let's see you take that Harley out, do some circles, roll some stoppies, maybe a gorilla roll, I'd like to see it, but you have to do it with a ball cap on. lol
