Re: going to a 06 600rr????

I had an 06. Very good looking, power was smooth. The ram air ducks are a pain in the *** to remove. To wire up Led's is tuff. All the complaints are small except the rear pegs have a funny position and make it hard for stand ups... I kept kicking the rear peg back up when I went to put my left leg back. If you go with an omr sub cage or powers they correct the shitty rear pegs. Even though I mentioned a lot of negative I still really liked that bike.

if you take the actual peg and just switch which side of the bike its on, then no more kicking out. they stay unfolded all the time, but never have to worry about loosing your footing

Re: going to a 06 600rr????

thanks for the props guys and yes the rear peg position sucks on all the 600rr's but i move them down back and out on the OMR SUBCAGES and it makes a huge difference it is so much roomier ..

i also rotate the peg bracket forward on it's axis so they don't fold up during a wheelie and as far as i know the powers are in the stock location and they don't have folding pegs..

also if you do the swaping sides trick with the peg so they don't fold then they will break the fist time you lay the bike down , mine still fold up so you can choose to have them up or down for certain tricks, i like to fold mine up for stoppies so they don't stab me in the back if i flip

Re: going to a 06 600rr????

forgot to mention the OMR SUBCAGE is a whole hell of alot stronger then the stock peg brackets so it doesn't bend at the slightest touch with the ground like the stockers do and because of the cross bar it also keeps the tabs on the subframe from bending and that happens alot with the stockers so it will keep you from having a peg that points down and doesn't hold you foot

Re: going to a 06 600rr????

Wow , no one has answer your question. Let me say 636 is almost same as 600 smooth throttle....sometimes its hard to make a circles cuz its made for track.
The long idle cable is sucks cuz it gets twisted easy so i suggest you to get little smaller and do little mod to relocate another place maybe the stock screw.
another than that its wonderful bike to stunt but i m sure you know the frame is very fragile same as 636.

I d say 636 is almost same as 600 feelings.

also i forget to add one more thing.

you know the 600rr is almost interchangeable with sprockets like f4i , 929 , 954 and 600rr.

yea but the rims arn't interchangable trust me we've tried!!!! haah and my buddy stunts his 04rr and I hate it. but the 06 I like a whole lot. still like the f4i better but that 06 was definalty fun to ride. my favorite part was scraping the stock exhaust on it cus it was like 2 oclock hahah. and the 06 has inverted forks so they are nice for rolling endos.

god i miss that bike.....dam cops repo'd it...
