New clutch break in...

I put a new clutch in the other day, couldn't soak it over night. I only got to soak it for about 2 hrs. How many miles should I wait before I start wheelies again?

dont' just make stuff up.

it will be fine. when i do a clutch, mine are in oil just as long as it takes me to get the old one out. i put them in a tupperware bowl with oil, pull out the old clutch then start putting the new back in. fill it up with oil and ride it.

never had a problem.

clutches that shatter like that one you have either was damaged before being put in or someone horrifically abused it. not soaking them will not make them shatter, it will cause them to stick together and burn up. as long as you have oil all over them when you put them back in, then go ride it to circulate the oil around you will be fine. 300 miles is about 280 miles more than i do on a new clutch before i consider it broken in.
