i do know that the loan was in the name of Wesley Brown. Don't know WHO the **** that is. I bought it off of a guy named Herman something. Some mexican in Miami. Had a office in a speed shop down there everything look real legit. I'm gonna have to drive 3 1/2 hrs to pay old Herman a visit.

The title was in his name. He bought it off of Wesley maybe but how could they be selling a bike and having the title for a bike that has money owed on it? I talked to the load company and there is a paper trail on this **** not just a pull up and hook up and ride out.

 

I think he has a bill of sale, not a title! Always check for the real title or look up to see if money is still owed on bike before purchasing it.

 

post up the guys name so we all know who not to buy from. plus i know some people that know some people down south that can get **** done. if you know what i am talking about

 

scammers are getting people to print out titles and show leins fullfilled with loan companies that don't even exist...It took DMV and the real loan company since you registered it to locate and process the repo...I think you need to find Herman....bet he no longer works out of that legit looking office!

 

maybe that shop had a lien on that title for work that was done to it. since you bought it they had your address. easy way for them to get it back

 

I watched dateline where scammers were renting office spaces above banks to get people to invest money and make them feel comfortable...they were gone before people noticed what was really up.

 

Since you bought it off of here, post up a link to the for sale ad so we will know who the guy was.

yea dude so i got screwed the po po called back and said that it was a legit repo and i probably had a fake title. the **** went through the dmv and everything. i've been pulled over on the bike like 4 times. i think i'm gonna be going down to miami. only thing i can do.

well i got in touch with Herman. he is still in the shop and offered up his address and full name. i would be on my way there but he said he bought the bike off a guy named EMACHINES on tamparacing.com.

just so happens i'm registered on TR and know who emachines is, he sells a **** LOAD of bikes on there. he may be the frauder, i was wondering where he was coming up with all these bikes for sale, there is probably 10 listed right now!

don't loose contact of Herman, you made the initial purchase from him...he in turn has to go after EMACHINES if he has proof that he bought it from him...

 

so whats your next move, whos *** you kicking? have you notified the cops about all of this. or take one of those ******* to claims court. get your money back some how. or at least **** some bitches up.

 

i'm plotting it. i just talked to mr. emachines. he has a **** load of bikes for sale just like i thought. couple of shady part outs on brand new bikes. so i just got the number off one of his ads and called his house. said he bought it from a dealership in orlando a yr and a 1/2 ago. guess i gotta start suing someone. got start with Herman cause he's who i bought it from.
