yea i got rid of my f3 and picked up a 00 r6 full akropovic exuast system it gots cams different sprockets, this bike was ment for the track. bombs on 750s all day.the guy that sold me sed. and keeps up with the r1s as well. this sucker will book it in first and the bike will lift up after the cams powerband kicks in at 8 in 1st and second gear, yea its pretty nuts, thats why its hard for me to keep my wheelies up. i can have it up all smooth then wen it hits 8 the sucker wants to loop. i dunt kno wut the hell to do. to take the cams off is gona be a bitch. should i flip it and get a stock newer bike?

 

if you just want to do regular wheelies just practice and you will get the hang of it but if you want to stunt it then get an injected bike carburated bike are not that good for stunting compaired to injected bikes

you can wheelie any bike, i don't care if it's go turbo, or nitrous. it's all about throttle control.

...and cover that back brake...if it wants to loop, give it a small tap, will bring you right back down to earth.

I was thinking the exact same thing...powerband kicks in at 8- seconds too late to keep up with an R1

 

it pulls hard off the line. it runs well but the power band spikes wen im around like 75- 8 ish and it still climbs. my idle is very lopey im sure i have a duration cam. i kno to resolve this problema i can swap out these cams for a shorter duration cam with higher lift so i would hit my spike point in my power band alot lower.

i just ran a 06 gsxr 750 befor i posted this we ran about a buck 45 and we had a roll of about 60. he had me till about 110 and i passed him and i was still stowly pulling.

I also have a 00 Z28 SS and would love to have you try and rip it a new one with a 1.8 Corolla that was "almost" as funny as the R6 pulling as hard as an R1
