so long story short, i sold a frame from a 954 to crescent cycles in north Carolina. the guy was like "i need it asap" then he says "i gotta do some church stuff ill call you later" (BULLSHIT) anyways so he is a nice bible thumper who wont *** me...right...?WRONG! i get the check deposit in my account shows good (money in my account) then he calls and puts a stop on the check, plus the check was bad. and i already sent the frame...then i cant reach him nor his fuked up company who doesnt pick up there phone!! so basically im out $650 bucks..right...?WRONG again bitch! i can fight legally because i have all my documents (bad check, shipping receipt, notice of canceled check, etc) so i could bring them to court... or im thinking make the 14 hr drive from Connecticut to North Carolina to break somebodys skull. it is nice in North Carolina HA. anyways has anyone dealt with them at all??? the guy i dealt with his name is Jason, here is their shitty website. thanks

yea... ****** some guy tried suing me for not having a headlight during the day., and thats "why he hit me" (SF, had the light off) Instead, he paid me to fix my ****. [broad daylight is when it happen]

Prepaid legals the ****... i pay like 35 bucks a month, and have access to a firm thats been practiing for like 27 years. Was afraid id get a sleezy *** attorney, but it was the opposite.

 

Good luck but learn from your mistakes do not ship till you have cash in hand and if people have to wait longer so be-it but you get your cash checks are always a problem in the making when it clears you ship maybe should use paypal you take a little hit but the money is there.

 

That sucks there is always some f-ing dirtbag out there. Make the 14 hr drive and nicely ask for your frame back... while you thump his head with his bible. You have to watch out for Paypal they will **** you over too. Besides there fees getting out of hand. I sold some brand new in the box RC truck engines on ebay. Everything was brand new the guy gets his **** and files a claim I sold him used worn out engines. They freeze my account and I give my side of the story show them the pics of the brand new engines and I guess the guy shows him pics of a piece of ****, either way they find in his favor and I am out $300.00 F-PayPAl!!

I would contact a lawyer and see what he says .. my advice is worthless so i always consult a lawyer.. which is family to me.. so good legal advice is good..

Id do everything i could within the law to get it back. but.. This will make it harder to get away with ******* him up...

honestly you are not her first person he has screwed. he is notorious for doing bad business. nobody around here will take anything but cash from him and that is only if you can't find what you need anywhere else. the best thing would be taking legal action that might finaly put him out of business.

BUUT if you buy it, its legit. The cool part is, they dont waste time on advertisements because they make enough money already... So they have members become assosiates and the assosiates make members yada yada yada... its like a piramid scam, just without the scam.

But i was skeptical when i got it, but think about how much a layer makes. Then the 30 dollars a month, times the 6 digits+ amount of members.. so they are well off.

 

the only problem i heard with these lawyers is that they only work within their area so if u get a ticket or in trouble out of state, ur screwed. thats what i read from a story on a guy who was caught up in the system. his prepaid lawyer wouldnt take the case cuz it had happened out of state so he stayed locked up for longer than he should have.

 

Depends... They assign you a lawyer in your homes area..

You pay the 30 bucks a month, and for the first year you get like 20 out of court hours and like 55 trial hours, plus unlimited letters and calls (like the laywer calls someone representing you)

Drew got arrested for DUI in arizona, and his lawyer being in so cal, wanted to touch the case, but couldnt.

So drew had the trial(s) postponed for a time where the attorney wasnt so busy, paid like 375 for a plane ticket to AZ and BAM lawyer got it knocked down to a wet and wreckless... dispite the fact drew blew WAAAAAY over any states limits. Plane ticket + 30 bucks for that? in my eyes thats way better than 35000 dollars for a Mr DUI

But, i guess it boils down to the lawyer. I mean, they probally arnt required to handle everything in situations like that, but im sure if you work with them theyll work with you. I mean thats why they started the company. To give legal power to middle class america, cause its so expensive only the rich can afford it.
