Hey guys,
I got ripped off by this ***** by buying an F4i Frame....

Short story: The guy has perfect feedback on ebay, he lives 1 1/2 hrs from me and has a clean F4i frame on ebay. I buy the frame send him a money order. 2 weeks go by, I look at the ebay auction and he isn't a registered user and has a ton of negative feed back all left in the week following my auction. Turns out he listed a ton of bike parts at once and then took everyones money.

I am going to try and take him to small claims court, I just would rather not have to deal with all of it.

thats why only like to buy from power sellers or from people with VERY high feedback and long history....

 

if thats the case then all the info that u have on him is prolly fake....

 

I looked him up for fun... it was fun...


its the name, last known whereabouts, relatives names...

check out number 26... could be him but I doubt it...

you should see the ones I use at work, it does a phoenetic search of what the person's name might sound like if you can't spell it... you say it in a microphone and it give you options (age, ethnicity....) that one even tells you when they paid their last cell phone bill and the number...

Nobody is safe anymore... that Dan Casillo guy is probly someone else using the info...

 

The phone # was, however I know the rest needs to be real, or damn close because that is all the info from the money order, and I had delivery confirmation. So I have tons of proof if I take him to court.


he only got me for $600, but still its even more frustrating because he is so close.

Let me rephrase that - its not the hood - its Howard Beach. It said Jamaica but I mapquested it and it came up as Howard Beach.

 

At the time I lived 8 hrs from him, I just moved back down to within the 1 1/2 hr drive... I am not that much of a shmuck
