You can use the R6 or the F4i tube. I know people that race the R6 use the R1 throttle tube, & people that stunt the R6 use the F4i throttle tube. I tried the F4i throttle tube on my R1 and it worked great. R6 is smoother than the R1, but the F4i is even better. My R1 is going back to the stock throttle though cause I just bought a CBR600F4 stunt bike.
Its a gread mod though. Makes the throttle alot more forgiving especially when learning. Im -1+2 on my 01R1 and the F4i throttle is a hell of alot smoother than stock still.

I dont have a handbrake on mine, but if I was gonna put one on it would prolly be the full throttle line and adapter, and eather a CBR1000RR stock mastercylinder, or a Brembo 16x18master. That would give you a really nice handbrake. And noone curently makes a dual caliper bracket that I know of for the R1.

You can get the line and adapter and brembo 16x18 master on www.haibikeshop.com

you can modify your stock throttle tube and make it alot better. When Im on a 600 Im smooth, but when I got my R1 it was so much more twichie than anybike I have been on and the mod helped a ton.
Basicly the F4i throttle tube has a smaller circumference than most throttles so bascily to put it simple, more turn = less gas. Therefor making it less twichie and smoother. You can modify your stock throttle by taking a dremmel tool, and shaving the end of the throttle tube (the part the throttle cables wrap around thats inside the throttle tube housing) so its smaller around. I know a kid who did this on his R6, and Gixxer600, and it helped aton on them too. But when we tried to shave my stock R1 tube down the 2 holes the throttle cables go into (once you remove the tube you will know what Im talking about) are spaced to far apart. So although it was alot less twichie, even when I turned the throttle as far as it would go I still couldnt get full throttle like it had before. I put the F4i tube on (and even shaved it down a bit more) and it was perfect. Smooth as hell compaired to stock, and I can still get full throttle I just have to turn the throttle more to get it.

the 636 has the smoothest most tamest throttle out of all the bikes i've ever ridden. You can't get any smoother!
