i have an 01 f4i andi was looking at the new powers 12 bar for it. does anyone know if you have to move the tail light?

 

I don't think so with the 12 bar. With the round bar you do but not the 12 bar.

 

I run the same bar*powers*. If you want a true 12 or past you have to do something with the light. Ask the person above how ghetto rigged my bar is.

Not to mention after we took an hour ride on the way to my house after a mile long standup his bike sounded like somone was taking a baseball bat to his engine. After about 10mins of violent knocking his bike finally blew up. Then I had to drive his bike over a hour back to his place in my truck at 2am.

Yeah my bike is clapped out, what can you do. The bar is hard to get at right angle so spacers where used.

matt how much did you move your light and which way?

 

Honestly man. The bar is very good but the connection rod that supports it causes problems if you want to go further in then that. I'm actually going to move the light below and fab something up. If you want it stock looking I would go with any type of round bar. The light is in the stock location wasn't moved.
