1000rr forks on f4i

i couldn't find anything in the search.. so sorry if its a repost but i was wondering if 1000rr forks fit on an f4i and is there a lot of complications involved with the front wheel and the rotor when mounting. also is 350 a reasonable price? cheers

You'll have to run dirtbike bars or clip ons on bottom. If you put clip ons on top it will lower the front of the bike too much and your front wheel will hit your radiator when yuo do wheelies / stoppies, same with 600RR. That's a good price though but 929/954 front end would would be the best if you want to run clipons

you will need a whole front end.

all honda front ends are swapable as long as you have the complete front end with triples. the triples are all the same dimensions on hondas so it's easy to swap.

Re: 1000rr forks on f4i

theres no need to run the clip ons on top when u have the 1000rr set up, just get aftermarket clip ons and turn em out, or put 636 clips on and flip em. only issue i had with mine is i had to grind off the steering stops on the lower 1000rr tripple so that i could have full turning radius.

i only had to grind off enough of the stops to clear the fork from hitting the frame...

Re: 1000rr forks on f4i

Run the 1000rr triples, clip-ons on top, and cut 1 1/2inches off the back of ur front fender. Get the NEW vortex clip-ons with the 2bolt set up, not the 3. It gives u 1/2inch more clearance.
