I have been riding for years, but never wheelied till I was 28, lotsa motivation on this thread though. Sometimes I look at these young ones like colton and think to myself, how did I get so old so fast, and I will never be able to keep up with him. But, it is fun learning and trying, and especially showing up the younger kids around town... Thanks for the motivation all!

Re: Curious who are late starters in stunting?

Late or early it's all good. I just have a real hard time being on a bike and not being on one wheel or the other. Maybe it's OCD.

I bought the first bike I ever rode right around the time the first LVX and FTP vids came out. Main goal for the bike was to catch a little curb monkey and get some tail but my buddy bought the FTP vid and I was hooked. Later that year a lady on the interstate put me in guardrail at around 80mph. I was out of riding for a couple years. Just got back on last year and now these youngsters and some oldies are just killin it.

I'm just having fun hitting the lot and trying new ****

well i think any type of competitive riding would help just because you need to have a certain mind set to push your self to do things your not use to doing

Re: Curious who are late starters in stunting?

tony (crazy636stunter) on here stunts and rides with me. he's 36 and just got hardcore into stunting this last year. he's always done wheelies and stuff but actual lot stuff and practicing just this last year. so basically he started "stunting" when he was 35.

nope. the dent's gone, but i cant feel my *** in that part due to permanent nerve damage. so if a girl tried picking up on me by grabbing my ***, i wouldn't even know it.

Re: Curious who are late starters in stunting?

I am pretty old considering too. I am 37 and just started learning wheelies this year. I will start learning other tricks but so far wheelies are like heaven to me...until my first spill of course. I hope it don't hurt too much.
