converting a F4 motor into a F4i???

so heres the deal my boy has pretty much a whole F4 (less the seat and frame) and another one of my homies has a F4i frame. so i was wondering what it would take if at all possible to convert a F4 motor to injection. does it require just swapping the throttle bodies, harness, and brain or is there more to it. having never owned an F4 i dont know that motor as well as i do and F4i. thanks in advance.

yes it takes more ,the head has a sensor and so does the crank on the right side as to tell the computer when to fire ,but it can be done.

i have two complete (blown) F4i motors, two harness', and brains sitting in my garage. so from what im getting from you is that i should have everything ???

the only thing that puzzling me is the crank censor could someone elaborate. everything else seems as if i should just be able to look at whats missing and swap it over.

yea u just need to check the sensors there should be 1 or 2 extra or so u might need to swap some **** but i could see it being done. im not sure what exact sensors the f4 came with from factory but im almost sure ur gonna have to use the f4i ignition
