what if you put icyhot on the tire while you're doin a burnout so it will heat the tire up at first then it will cool it down and keep it from getting to hot and smoking?

Make sure you put a healthy amount of vaseline on the tire before riding. Give it some time to work it's way into the rubber. If you don't have vaseline then you can go with vegetable oil.

the bike overheats because you're reving the **** out of the bike and there is no air getting to the radiator at slow speeds.
