Well for anyone wanting to get anything chromed do not send ANYthING to chrome east.I won an exchange auction on ebay.So ya know,I send them mine and they send the one they already have chromed right out.Well one month later and several emails, phone conversations and listening to excuse after excuse I finally got my clutch cover for my 954.Well cant mount it cuz he didnt send back the little window site glass and a 0-ring for the lil circle cap.Told the dude about it and he told me to kiss his ***.On top of the poor chrome job.White spots everywhere! BEWARE,do not deal with these people.

 

You should leave negative feedback for that coksuker and report him to ebay.

 

that sucks! i just sold a stck pair of fiddy bars, and haven't gotten paid yet, and i sold them paypal only. ebay can be really great sometimes, but it sure doesn't take much for someone to screw up what good be a good transaction.

Haha...small world.. Did he give you the sad story about how they had to move, and then 2 weeks later the story changed and they're behind because there was a fire in the shop...then a week later its because they had to fire all the shitty help and do the chroming themselves and are backed up....

I won the exact same auction for my R1 (clutch cover) for $29, I figured for that price I couldn't go wrong! Luckily I had a spare cover, if my bike was parked for that long I'd be pissed. Almost 2 months of waiting he offers me $100 credit on future chroming...No thanks, F that place

 

He was new to eBay when I bid and won, but I noticed his feedback now is jacked and almost all negatives are for long delivery complaints

 

haha.yup,I got the same(i'll give you a $100 dollar credit for the wait)and I got the (we had a fire,and the epa has been here and shut us down for a few days,then our electric went out,and we are training new polishers)
so yea,he got another negative feedback from me.Same thing,I won it dirt cheap and figuered you couldnt beat that price and bam!problem after problem.

 

also just won an auction through chromeprosplationg.com for my 954's intake duct covers for $79 bucks.also wanted to get my sprocket cover chromed and they want $165 for that lil piece.Hmm,79 for both bigger covers,165 for lil tiny cover.What the hell?lol someone reallin in the dough

 

I have purchased chrome wheels from chromeprosplating, I have never seen a better chrome job, no pitting, no flaking, smoooooooth finish, not wavy. although I will have to say in regards to the price,before I pressed "buy now" I decided to call and ask how much a chrome wheel swap was, they stated $650.00, I was like " Ok dude, I think im going to push buy now for 549.95 : )

A bit of variance on the price i'd say, I felt as if it was a f*KN auction on the phone.
