usually its not even worht it to sew someone with our fmaily lawyer...just to tlka to him is 250$...as much money as youll get out of the case it will ocst to hire a good lawyer.unles u have a really good case

back on topic, I won a small claims suit from a guy that rear ended me in my car ( a beat up 91 honda). He was drunk and no insurance, so I got the max for small claims here which i s $3k. He was also charged w. all my court fees.
Just a few tips:
In michigan you don't need a lawyer for small claims
get employer info, bank info, owned property, etc...
I only got $200 so far and it's been a few months with no payment. So I am going to file paperwork to garnish his work check and income tax. Good luck on your case. Let me know if you have any further questions.

The best thing to do first is file a legal letter normally when somone knows your going after them and they get a legal letter saying pay up sucka for lack of a better term they roll over and pay. Get an atourney to draw one up cost about 75-150.00 depending on the attourney. Then if all else fails plan b. is taking them to small claims court. Listen to frang g on that one he's a cop that knows his shiznit

I own a few rental properties 8 plex,4 plex and a dueplex......so I sue people all the time 1st off DO NOT get a good attorney!! $150 per hour is all you need if you can find cheeper get him!!! all they are there for is filling out papers going to court and understanding the legal speak! in most states it you win the case you can sue for 20% of your legal fees! but your looking at about $2500 just to put an attorney on retainer! if you win the dude will oue you the interest on the $ usually 10% from time of default!

. Since you have a written contract the statute of frauds is satisfied, so all you have to show is that you met your part of the agreement...the court will award you what you are owed or the defendant will ***** out when he gets served with the suit and cut u a check to settle.
Restitution is available to you because you performed a service believing that there is a binding contract. In order to be granted restitution, you must 1)demonstrate that defendant received a benefit, 2)that by receipt of that benefit he was unjustly enriched at your expense, and 3)that circumstances were such that in good conscience he should make compensation.

i remember when i used to have a competitior named darius that murdered it.. now all i got is a retired teacher and a 16 year old.. where u been fruit loop?

Are you hurt that Colton comes to stay with me and not you wa wa wa? You should see his Kane routine, got you all the way down to the 2 foot 90 deg stoppies I'm petrified and old Kane but I guarantee I could lift you up and hang you by your feet smashing your pink little mohawk into the dirt.
