I don't know what everybody's obsession is with effin cages. **** the cages for now! They only help when you're rocking slow ****. You wreck going any more than about 30 with cages, and they'll do more harm than good.

That's why you do slow wheelies and good brake control first, so you don't crash at 30.

The best thing for a bike to do when you wreck doing anything "fast" is to stay on its side, and it won't do that with cages on it. It'll roll the bike over and dick up more **** than just a case. Trust me, cages are for slow ****.

Agreed. But how many turds you know that don't start with power wheelies? That's all half the ***** on here do.

ive been lucky thus far the only wheelie that went wrong for me was a sit down at like 15mph

If you arn't really good at the brake and loop at 30+ you'd be lucky if the bike lands soft and just slid on one side. The most important thing on your bike is your motor and frame, and you can brake more than a case, how about the block itself? True you may get lucky and cause less damage without a cage, but if you crack your block and frame which your cage protects both then what.. It's hit or miss..

The main thing is to learn control for the safety of yourself and your bike by learning brake control, which is best done by doing slow wheelies with a cage.
