as i told you before...a gptech fitting an a 99zx6r master isnt worth 200 bucks..thats like 60 bucks. and you always say your going to send me ****..but i havent had 1 NOTICE in my mailbox saying.."you have a package you need to sign for..." they always leave a letter for me to go pick my package up...but i havent got one..quit making excuses and do it..then u dont have to worry about getting a bad name.and i've had someone die in front of me..no its not cool and it doesnt make you want to talk to anyone...quit bringing up death man...for real yea i feel bad for doin this..but if its what i have to do to get what you owe me..ill do whatever it takes. and i call you at 2 and 3 in the afternoon...other night i calleda t like 7 and 8 oclock left voicemails...

I'm doing a charity event the 27th of this month for the American Cancer Society

I'm NOT taking sides .
Dude sends you $200 . You send him a master cyl . and a gp tech fitting . He gets that package .
Then you sent him a h/b set-up and a tire and some other stuff , but he didn't get that package because he didn't sign for it .
The package must have come back to you then . (but you ate the shipping money)
And now he is asking for the rest of the stuff that he never got .
And you said you would send it to him , but things are a bit rough right now .
Is all that correct

close enough the stuff that was paid for was shipped. the stuff i said i would hook him up with took a bit longer due to travels and stuff but yes it was shipped and returned to me. I ate the cost of the shipping. said i would re send it times got crazy had to put Everything normal on the back burner.
so hes all pissy because he didnt get his free stuff?

Perhaps you should read my Cliff notes again 
I don't believe "free" was involved in this transaction . I mean a t-shirt or stickers is a free item you give away , but not a h/b set-up and a tire .
I think the parts that yellowgixxer recieved were not the entire deal .
The h/b and other stuff was also part of the deal so it would amount to value $200.
And Tony has the parts and said he was going to ship them .
