i was curious as to what its called when you're going in circles and having the bike go on idle (no hands)

or no hander seated O's...or no hander ss O's jus depends on what your doing, i.e. sitting, standing, stagggered, whatver

turn your idle up and as stated before use the back brake, i learned by dragging my foot at first. if you have judgement day 3 there's a bad *** clip of kyle woods killing it tandem and solo that you can take a look at to help you learn.
