Im sure they will. Theyre truly great people, maybe they just got a bit fired up. But its human nature. as far as customer service goes, from this point on I handle all orders and calls, so things will change for the better, this much i can promise you.

no defective would mean taht from a minor drop the welds broke and parts rent or a bolt had a weak spot and snapped...if the points that come in contact with the ground are in a wrong/poor position then the cage isn't "defectice" it is just of poor design...but this is neither here nor there. For the record i love SI and wouldn't trade it for anything except my last homemade f4i cage it was the *****

i honestly dont know about the story as far as what was said, but as a "MOD" on this site, I cannot allow bashing when it comes to other forums... people can have thier opinion, and that is perfectly fine, but to allow someone to get on this site and start a thread about bashing Owner of StuntUSA (another forum site) (with the history between the two especially) I have to give an alternate perspective that "PROBABLY brad had a good reason" rather than to feed into it...
I dont believe at all that Brad is a power tripping person, but I do think that he gains control over his forums and probably had a good reason... Too many misunderstandings because emotion or body language does not accompany text... therefore leaving people in a offensive mode

You were not banned there was an error in one of the add on's we added it has been fixed now just so you know.

I am sorry but I don't take bashing my company lightly joking or not and as someone else said when you post, type, PM, text message there is no tone. You were banned from stuntusa.com because I would not allow someone to bash another shop like you did with stupid lie's. I have since unbanned you from the forum you are welcome there if you want I don't care either way.

The other reason I take what you said as I did and still do is that your not some Joe blow, you had been to my house, shop out to dinner with my and my wife. I tried to help you out on a rim for your bike for a deal because I thought you were ok, I guess time always shows peoples true colors.

99% of the stuff in your first post had very little to do with customer service and why we did have some customer service issues the past 2 maybe 3 months. Reasons are simple and any one should under stand as it's this simple and started all at Bike Week 2007.

1. FACT 2006 bike we did well over $125,000 in sales we planed for the same but more and had about $150,000 in stock with us and larger space. Due to track managment changing over who handles the events for bike we put us way in the hole as we did around 70k in 2007 a huge drop.

2. FACT We also moved shops to increase work area in the shop by 5000sq foot, this put some things a few days behind and 99% of our internet customers had no issues with that or under stood we were trying to improve.

3. FACT We also got stuntusa.com around this same time and had to fix all of it's issues and upgrade it and no t-neck may say admin but I do all the back end work of add-on's to upgrades. I would also not let some one bash stuntlife.com with something that was not fact. I did how ever make a post there about the way things with ad's were handled before we got the site but it was 100% fact and in writing by both me and the old owners and it has since been taken care of as the new owners seems to be doing a good job here.

4. FACT I am always thinking about customer service and we must be doing something right when we are the number 2 dealer with powers only behind LP.

5. FACT We added a new phone system that allows us unlimited calling and a toll free number for customers. We are always working to improve customer service but some changes can't happen over night.


You know very little about me, my companies, my goals and what Warped Toys is trying to do to help the sport. If you really think all it takes is a big screen and a couch then I see why you are who are!

I give HAI props and there riders nothing but respect and have done all I can to help the sport not put it down such as MeAk was doing in his stupid post. Want some real facts.

1. First calendar to focus on stunt bikes then choppers or customs that also included some HAI guys.

2. I got stuntusa because it had so many issues with going down and then along with stunt life some times having down time if any one wanted to post or talk they were SOL I thought it would be a good step. Stuntusa may not be as big as stuntlife and we all know this. I had to chance to also buy this site but due to some other issues did not go though.

3. This goes along with 2, the reason we can make stuntusa.com better is because I have and do own a hosting coming for over 8 years and host over 245,000 customers and this gave me the idea to offer all teams and riders free hosting for there sites on a reliable network and systems for free to members at the forum.

4. Sponsor events, XDL, StuntWars, Stuntoberfest putting on the first real comp at bike week with good pay outs in 2007 for the first time, yep I lost some money, but I made sure every rider got paid as that would have been really bad.

5. XDL VIR 2006 an HAI riders bike goes down and out Teach who ended up getting first there. I asked for nothing for using the bike other then slap some stickers on it. We were the only ones there with a spare 600RR what teach rides. I would call this huge support.

6. Safe, legal, legit spot for riders to practice not just our guys, but also HAI guys as well we have invited them and others many times and they know all they have to do is ask hey whens the next time your going out.



I am sorry if you take my post wrong but I do and will say what I think when it comes to someone putting down a company I have over $500,000 in less then a year and that just a drop in the bucket. I am all for the sport but I can tell you know I don't like drama or people that stab you in the back. That is simply what MeAk did T-Neck had been pushing to hire him up until the day of his post and I was open to the option. But again time always shows someones colors so I know first hand why T-Neck was pissed diss my job and how I work when he was trying to get him a job. Not cool at all..


I think I covered anything, I don't think I will reply to this post as it's useless post in the first place kind of like his other post. I hope this clears things up for people out of the loop.


P.S. The banning of MeAk has since been lifted, but it had little to do with post and more to do with personal. Sorry but I have worked very hard to get where I am today. Letting people talk trash internet or in my face makes no difference to me, sorry but I am not an internet gangster I will step up either way to defend what I love and have worked for.
