I have a theory on long-term use of Pot. I think it causes panic attacks.
If you have panic attacks I would highly recommend you do not take Kiddy Coke aka Ritalin.

I would also recommend you try something else to treat panic attacks. Xanax is very addictive and hard to kick. One of the side effects of Kicken Xanax is panic attacks. So if someone that never had a panic attack took Xanax or any other Benzo for 6-8 weeks and quit they would likely have panic attacks.

Drug and Alcohol free for a year now.
I only speak of the Xanax cause I was on 5-6 mg a day for several years, and I smoked a lot of pot back in the day. I had crazy *** panic attacks.

i had a panic attack soo bad the other day i felt my arms going numb is that normal???? i thought i was gonna pass out then i took a xanax and after a lil it went away but **** was it ever the scariest panic attack ive had i thought i was having a heart attack cause my arms were numb?????

 

Talk about panic attack im taking some weight loss pills called Leptopril and i feel like i just did a big ol line of some ****....

i had some panic attacks a wile back before my son was born and i also smoked weed for 10 years i havent smoked for 11 months. i took zoloft for about 1 year and have been cool since not 100%but better. panic attacks are fucked up man first one i had i went to the hospital because i thought i was ahving a heart attack. i was like what the **** panic/angsiety attaks give u chest pain anyways its fucked just have to learn to calm the **** down and breath.

 

If you only take the xanax when you have panic attacks, that is cool. Very cool.

As far as being normal. Man there is nothing normal about panic attacks. I have thought I was going to die more times then I can count. I have had my arms, face and hands go numb.

I hope you get a grip on your panic attacks they are a bitch to deal with.

zoloft helped me a lot it is suppost to get the neron tranmitters in you brain back firering right. i have small ones but nothing bad like i used to no numbness or anything and i have not taken meds for about a year. **** i never knew there was younger guys like me having theses issues.

 

All the SRI's are suppose to help with panic attacks.
Prozac, Zoloft. I know Wellbutrin can sometimes cause panic. I had panic attacks bad until my early 30's.

Ritalin is a good idea but only if you snort it, preferablly mixed with coke. Gives you energy to ride all day and all night.

Panic attacks is not even funny when you have a feelings coming up like goose bumps , cold , sweaty plams , and it feels like you are dying but it isnt ...so I m taking med for this too as well so my pyschologist said it should work less than a year. thats why i couldnt travel anywhere right now , if i go on long trip and i ll b nervous and thinkin i ll die. that sucks.

I smoked weed for 5 years everyday... same thing happend to me.. started having panic/anxiety attacks... **** trips you out.. they are definately not cool.. I cant describe the feeling of fear or overwelming discomfort you have... I havent smoke now since november 21/06... lol I even remember the date..

Anxiety is the worst feeling I have ever felt........
