ya, i would be worried about that 1 pinch bolt holding that bar in place.
also, this is on an older gixxer1000 with tons of space between the tank and windscreen. there is no way you can get 6" of rise on my 05 636, there's just not any room.
also, did anyone notice that he had longer braided lines in the front? you can get maybe 1" of rise out of the stock lines, to get them to come up without problelms you need an 80$ set of front brake lines.

They're pretty sweet. I installed a set on a friends Z1000 a few years ago. It's actually kinda nice how theyre held w/ one pinch bolt. When you go down, it allows the bars to swivel instead of breaking/bending. If you're a big fan of clip-ons........get 'em. I plan on puting a set on my R1.
