i have a 01 750 and i thought all the frames from 01 to 03 gsxr's were the same. are the motormounts the same or different. ???

 

No 01-03 600 and 750 frames are not the same, the 2 front upper mounts do not line up properly...If you want a frame that will bolt on that 01 750 without any mods you need a 00-03 750 frame....

However 04-05 600 and 750 have the same motor mounts, so maybe someone gave you the wrong info for your year...

You can modify it to make it work, but like I said the 2 front upper mounts will not line up properly without mods....

 

im goin to have a guy cut em and re-weld it. hopfully its strong.

should i have him weld it any other places while i have him working on it. (known week spots)
