frames snap pritty easy, saw a bunch of pics online of it and my buddy had a weak low side racing last week and his frame snapped. Its the weld right under the S on the gas tank.

GSXR'S I have always thought were great bikes if you road race, drag race, or clutch it up on the freeway.......

once you 12, and roll long stoppies, I have always heard they fall apart....

Re: 2007 gsxr 600??

Just dont slam the front end down alot. I dont see how those other welds would brake without some abuse.

Re: 2007 gsxr 600??

i have the 06<<<<<< its holding up fine.. then again im not ******* slamming the ****.. thats how the **** breaks. get a oil pick up they start going spastic after a lil while. also the side fairings are not the best check all that **** every now and then it has **** house clips. um, what else....

stoppies are good. for some reason they feel lower in the seat but higher at the same time.. mirrors have **** bolts in them.. thats about it. nice bike that gets up and goes when ya stomp on it..

EDIT: ow yer the tanks awesome to grip on. just enough angle to get a hold of that **** so its not going no were

sort of an old pic, but flip the radiator overflow, paint it, flip and turn out the clips, and 'fightered looks cool..... old pic like I said though. but you get the idea...full time stunter is the plan.

And my 06 was cheaper by a full $1,000. than any other bike (06 600's) that I looked at in all the shops around KC. After stunt set up, I'm even with money spent as the 600RR stock!!
Not everyone has problems with their gixxers....Being as you are bigger dude though, you may brake parts a bit easier than I might.

Good buy. goodbye! lol

THE NEW ONES ARE FRAGILE AND THERES NO AN OIL PICKUP AVAILABLE, SUZUKI PUT A TAMPER-PROOF PLATE ON THE PAN. THEY RIDE NICE BUT RUN SUPER HOT ALL THE TIME.

I knew that, that is why I was calling this guy out on the oil p/u....And as far as the bike in the pic, I've seen alot of those too...that wheel is pretty bent to **** for a minor wreck to cause all of that damage, and hey wait a minute...I see some parts I could use! LOL

And Ryan, I got the schematics for the oil pan and...in your opinion do you think that one(p/u) is even necessary on this newer model design? And I was having trouble locating the tamper plate that you are talking about, but I don't have the expertise that you do in this area. Any thoughts?

Re: 2007 gsxr 600??

The New Design Is Alot Better. Im Riding One On The Streets Until It Sells But Im Not Rockin Slow **** On It. The Plate Is At The Back Of The Oil Pan, It Bolts To The Oil Pan And To The Bottom Of The Frame.

Re: 2007 gsxr 600??

idk, about the strength of the bike yet, simply because ive been lucky enough to keep it off the ground so far... but it does seem really stable during wheelies & stoppies. im impressed w/ it so far...
