Alright, no on waste your ******* time with this place. I just had to file a complaint with the better busniess bueru for over 300 bucks worth of parts.

In a nut shell, the site said they shippied my stuff on 6/5. I called on 6/8 and they told me it was on back order and would be shipped on the 12th.


Wellll last friday i call again, and they tell me "Oh, im looking at your package, and the delevery guy wrote 'no such address' " Okay, dont get me wrong, i could understand a post man flaw. So i think to myself "**** it, its been forever, i ordered this **** on 5/30... ill call send some cash and have the stuff overnighted.

SOOOO i call back. THE SAME ******* GUY "Oh thats a good idea" he shuffles around in the background for something and says "your package hasnt returned to us"


WHAT THE ****?

Seriously. I have emailed them multiple times, called the kid that runs the site, and left voicemails. NOTHING.

HORRIBLE customer service, worse follow through when handeling your cash.

with bbb.org the only complaint is shipping time. I just left a message on his cell "30 days is what the better busniess guys are giving you, if the matter is still unresolved after that thirty days, I'm going to Base legal, thanks to good ol G. W. and the Military Releif Act, because im deploying in less than two months"

Is Julian the guy you spoke to? They suck! I ordered a cage from them years ago and they kept telling me the same ****, it left...no it's leaving today...what you didn't get it yet...? Huh? WTF!

 

My freind got a handbrake kit form them and paid next day air and when it came in 2 weeks later it was a used one

 

i ordered parst from them, there was a mix up and they hooked me up with free shiat to make up for the misunderstanding

i guess i got lucky? but they prolly deal with thousands of customers therefore making it hard to please every one, the best thing to do in that case is maybe hire more people to help them?

I dont know, i said in my BBB complaint for my conditions of withdraw that i get something to compensate me for the fact that i paid for priority mail, and still havn't gotten it. Seriously, if the mother ******* just unfucked themselves and overnighted my ****, id be happy. BUUUUT free ***** always a plus.

 

I bought a 905 cage for my old cbr from spyderracing and I had to wait 3 ******* months to get my **** with simalar problems that your having. Thats why I try to buy all my stunt **** from HAI now. The've never dissapointed me. HAI had a problem with my order one day & Tice called my house same day & got it straightened out.

 

Definitely sounds like shitty business practices. Almost seems like they are selling their stuff in a dropship fashion, where they'll receive the money, don't have any of the goods in stock and then just order them from the supplier to your house which in the end takes ages.

so Chris from stuntme.com just called me. Pretty much, he caught wind that i felt i was getting the run around, and he wanted to make things right. In a nut shell he offered some free stuff, and i told him all i wanted was what i paid for, in a timely manner. BUUUT if he throws free **** in there, im all about it.

Hes gonna overnight the parts to me which is all i really asked for, and he hooked me up with some other stuff i needed. SOOOOO, my bad experiance with stuntme.com has been made up for.


And for the record, chris was pretty cool about the whole ordeal, very customer friendly, and understood where i was coming from. ANND they are moving shops and what not, and so i can understand where they are coming from.

i bet u he read this thread, and didn't want everyone on here thinkin his company was ****.

i still say that stuntme.com sucks ***, gay customer service...they didn't respond to a SINGLE one of my SEVEN emails to them through ebay)....****** ********.

 

maybe, maybe not but i'm giving them a second chance on it. If it gets dicked up, ill go back to my inital ruling.
