Cutting down a arrow pipe?

Cutting down a arrow pipe?
Figured you guys would be the right peole to ask, I would like to cut it back from the end cap and remove the Arrow icon if this is possible? My mane concern so far was to keep the baffle plates

do the ends fit inside the sleeve, if so have fun that **** was hard as hell to get back together right but the result was worth it. i love it

No, my end caps are on the outside:YEAH Did you have to **** with the baffle plates or anything else like that?
