i know some ppl have done this, but just lookin for some advice or tips


im plannin on buying a bike thats salvaged but only has a bill of sale, i ran the numbers and its a clean bike. problem is getting it registered is a bitch in PA so i was going to buy a title and just swap numbers...

- bike is a 01 i found a title for a 96, i know i wont be able to get it inspected but not worried about that

 

buy a clean title frame, do a frame swap. i think ******* with the vin is a big no-no. i could be wrong on that tho.

 

i just done mine like a month ago,they will find something just to bother you,well am still not done i went to the place to finish up the paper work they said they cant accept it cuz its not in a envelope..what kind **** is that

 

if you get caught where i live its a felony. they call it tampering with vehicle identification.they will arrest you for having a stolen vehicle even though it might not be.

 

been there n done that ...havent got into trouble
