Re: bored today so I made this for a 636. . . . .

Your upper section looks just like mine, but your lower section looks to have no extra headlight mounts....Which SUCKS! Because that is the weakest point, the 636 stays need better headlight mounting or your not fixing the problem

Also I sell mine for $250 because they are made of 6061 billet aluminum plate and tube, which is very expensive. Also I TIG weld and CNC water jet cut my parts....If I made them out of steel without the CNC maching and TIG welding they would be much much cheaper...So I think you need to recalculate your price...People complain mine are expensive but my material and machinging cost is more then half the cost of the stay....I spend about 4-5hours on each stay and my profit is maybe $50, therefore I do it more for fun as I get payed $25 an hour at my day job and only $10 or so makin stays...

Its good to have options though as before I started makin them there was nothing but 905, and we all know those are CRAP! Im very interested to see your production model....

$$Naarden will be offering contingency for our american made products$$

I also need someone to support my dirty stripper habbits

and SI makes the round bar. we typically only make one-off kinds of items for riders looking for something a little different then already available, unless they are a sponsered rider then they get what they need.

Re: bored today so I made this for a 636. . . . .

faring stay worked great especially since my headlight was a busted up to no end before i had the stay. so this stay killed it. I put my full weight on it and it literally worked like a champ.
